Been consitent with exercise. Woke up early and went out for a hike in deepcove. I feel like hiking has definetly improved qol
Found a better company to work for. Starting new job monday, gotta adjust to my change in schedule. Full-time job can be tiring but I gotta make sure I dont slack off.
Been consistent with gym and meals so far. Havn't skated in a few days so im gonna make it my goal this week to get out and land some tricks.
Good progress learning how to create faceless content. Currently editing my first video. I might also get into personal branding as well. I think the main thing stopping me is that im not used to talking into a camera(shy) and not sure what type of content or message I would like to put out.
