Hi I am Andres I am 17 years old I currently weight 68kg and I’m 5.5ft tall I go to to the gym 6 times a week, I also do MMA and soccer My physique goal is to reach 74kg with lean muscle mass while being athletic and be 5.7ft Continuing with the physique, one goal is to do Looksmaxxing as much as possible to be attractive. Another goal is to reach 10k/month, I have a self improvement YouTube channel that I wanna keep growing and helping people. I will get this goal thanks to YouTube and selling mentorships that will help other people to improve themselves One of my biggest problem nowadays is the time I spent on my phone. This makes me loose a lot of time and be mentally exhausted. I really want to solve this, if somebody could give me tips, I’ll be so grateful This is some of me, now I want to read you all.
How do you know when to stop healing a specific trauma?
My video on this. Ever feel like your healing work is doing nothing? Like you are trying your best to heal a specific trauma, but you feel it is not doing anything, you just feel like an idiot standing there shaking like a maniac trying to heal a trauma. I have been there… You see there is something you need to know, there is a time were you should stop healing whatever specific trauma it is you are trying to deal with. For instance of you have a trauma with family, maybe even your first healing process you do on it, you could honestly have processed fully and do not need to go back. Of that is the case, that is when you should stop and also another “hack” / tip I want to give you is, of you focus on a past trauma / meditate back on it, of you no longer feel pain or discomfort, that means you have done the healing inner work. And of that is the case you can move on and go to the next one, do it until the trauma does not make you feel pain, keep repeating that process and voila.

Why I think life is too short to live for others expectations…
Want to know the biggest regret of dying people? It is “I wish I'd had the courage to live a life true to myself, not the life others expected of me.” And it is spot on. Life is too short I think to stay in some job or university you hate just to please your parents for example. Pursue what you actually want whether that be a business or the true career / job you want. Don’t have those regrets on your death bed, do what you gotta do to live true to yourself, of that means lying and etc, so be it.
