A note from Amrita 💛
You don’t just need to feel better. You need to feel like yourself again. So many women arrive here carrying their nervous system like a burden — pushing through, overthinking, managing everything, trying to hold it all together. Somewhere along the way, the body stopped feeling like home. This space is not about perfection or forcing healing. It’s about returning to your own rhythm. Ayurveda teaches us that true health is not simply the absence of disease — it is the presence of self. Inside this community, we explore the intersection of Ayurveda, Kundalini, nervous system restoration, and feminine leadership. Whether you are navigating burnout, chronic depletion, spiritual emergence, or simply feeling disconnected from yourself… you are welcome here. This month we’ll be exploring: 🔥 Inside Premium 13 May Fire Rituals for Clarity + Courage, Vedic productivity + Ayurveda for focus 🔥 Group Workshop 21 May - Living in Rhythm (check the celendar for your timezone) 🔥 Inside Premium 14 + 28 Manifestation Moon Circle And our askfirmation for the week: "Why is my presence so powerful, even under pressure?" "How does my body know exactly how to lead me back to myself?" "Why do I feel safer in my body than I ever have before?" A note from Amrita What's an askfirmation? You know how traditional affirmations can feel a bit hollow — like you're telling yourself something your mind doesn't quite believe yet? An askfirmation flips that. Instead of stating something as fact, you ask your brain a question that assumes it's already true. Your mind is wired to go looking for answers. So when you ask "why am I so calm under pressure?" — it doesn't argue back. It starts searching for proof. And that's where the shift happens. This week, take a quiet moment. Light a candle, open your journal, write the question at the top of the page — and just let whatever comes, come. Drop what came up for you in the comments 👇 We are not here to bypass the hard things. We are here to slowly come home to ourselves — together. 🤍

I’m going to say this with love… and a little firmness. 💛 And I want to say this… Last week’s poll for me was deeply satisfying. Because those of you who shared honestly…you are the women I work with. You’re not performing wellness. You’re in relationship with yourself. And I see the shifts. ✨ Starré has been in this container for a year…and you can feel it — she’s ignited, open, ready for spring.Just as the body is designed to be in this season. ✨ Cher, six weeks in…is beginning to develop a language with her body. She’s noticing she needs more space. Feeling more emotional. More inward. And instead of resisting it…She’s listening. If your days feel scattered, heavy, or slightly out of your control —it’s not because you’re doing life wrong. It’s because your body hasn’t been given a rhythm it can trust. Not another routine to “get right.” Just… rhythm. Because right now? Most women I speak to are waking up into their phones. Moving straight into doing. Skipping the moment where the body gets to reconnect and pause. Then by midday…they’re pushing through, riding adrenaline, grabbing whatever keeps them going. And by evening? They’re wired.Tired. Still holding the day in their system… with no real way to let it go. And then we wonder why the body feels foggy bloated, on edge, disconnected This isn’t a motivation problem. This is a prana problem and your nervous system is without anchors. Let me show you what I mean… feel this: ☀️ Morning — “I arrive”Before the world touches you… you meet yourself. Warm water. Light. Breath. A few quiet moments. Not to achieve — but to arrive in your body. 🌿 Midday — “I return”A pause. Even just 3 minutes. Step outside. Breathe. Soften your jaw. Let your system reset instead of pushing through. 🌙 Evening — “I release”Dim the lights. Slow your pace. Eat something warm, early. Put a boundary around stimulation.Let your body feel that it’s safe to let go. This isn’t about perfection.

A years reflections
Hi beautiful sisters of SVC. Something has been on my heart to share. This month marks a year of membership in the Sacred Vitality Collective Premier Teir. And, because the changes are in rythm & compound it could have been easy to dismiss the massive shifts I’ve had this year. Bit of background When I first came in I was deep in grief, had had a major upheaval in my life, and was on sabbatical from my business. I cried almost every time I came to a Q&A or moon circle - actually, no, I think every thing I attended for the first bit I cried. So much was reorienting & I was deeply healing. Also, I felt overwhelmed with all that there was to learn in Ayurveda. I’m not a novice, yoga certified with a deep spiritual practice, but all of the terms & then lens of Ayurveda felt like a lot. But, my spirit & intuition kept me showing up to everything was offered in the collective. This past month, I lost two family members & have had some things with my health & it astounded me the difference I feel internally, my resilience & overall outlook. This is because of the herbal supports & all the ways I have learned to nurture myself with Abyanga, the rythm of the season & day. In my work, I feel more calm, convicted, & clear in my path & dharma. I’ve launched a podcast in the most calm & successful way ever in my business. Things are flowing. In part because I know how to work with my nature as a kapha. These changes didn’t happen over night, but gently through daily action & my commitment to embodying the wisdom Amrita so generously shares & by showing up live (it really does make a difference) and being in her energy & presence. It’s been a gift. I share all this because of how intimidated & overwhelmed I was in the beginning in case you feel that way too. And, if you have been feeling the pull I can not say enough good things about fully committing & going all in. Oh yeah & I healed a massive sister wound that was underground- lol nearly forgot. Sure I have forgotten a half a dozen or more other shifts but this post was getting long,
