🌬️ Breath Work — Foundation of Internal Practice
- Develop awareness of natural breathing (no forcing or control)
- Connect breath with posture and upper body relaxation
- Use simple tools (water, balloon) to refine and strengthen breathing
- Support Song (松) and deepen present-moment awareness
👁️ Eye Exercises — Focus & Balance
- Train near/far focus, tracking, and peripheral awareness
- Improve coordination between vision, balance, and posture
- Support upright alignment through top-down awareness
- Great as a daily reset for clarity and focus
💪 Band Pull Drills — Posture & Upper Body Strength / Three-Level Band Training
- Build strength in shoulders, back, and chest
- Improve structural support for Tai Chi and Qigong posture
- Maintain relaxation while developing stability
- Develop coordination between arms, torso, and stance
- Integrate upper and lower body into one connected system
