Looking forward to the livestream class tomorrow. Being able to practice consistently and now with the new curriculum format, I am definitely feeling the results of this consistency in my legs and hips. I practiced this morning with the sunrise at 6:30 and as the rest of the world was waking up and the gentle chirping of the birds were becoming muffled by the sounds of garbage trucks and leaf blowers, my mind drifted to how I normally would begin to get irritated...but I simply focused on feeling my feet and keeping my gaze softly following my hands. I also thought about all the people in the community doing grounding circles at some point in their day. Good vibes all around the world.
