Just finished Day 5 and it felt great - something about today's practice just clicked for me, and it wasn't just my shoulder and ankles!
- your endless analogies are super helpful to visualise and explain the movements: the wheel of the waist and feeling the spiral in a twist really aids my understanding and execution of the moves. During today's practice I really felt that I'm beginning to observe and notice my breath in connection with my body.
