Guys… Every day I try to become a little bit more Ronin than I was the day before. You know what I’m learning? The more we do the shit Travis teaches us… the more money we will make (crazy right)… I have a tiny Skool group of about 50 members. It hasn’t gotten a ton of love because I’ve been so focused on the Ronin affiliate contest. I saw Travis poll he did a few days ago for his Little Rock mastermind weekend and saw it sell out quick. And I wanted to do a test in my group to see what would happen. So I decided to put my exact affiliate system that won the contest into a quick training… The whole system. The content I use, why I use it, why it works. The dm sequence. The daily action plan. The entire system with nothing left out. I priced it $197… that way if someone buys my system and they get 1 person to sign up to Ronin on retainer they make $150 per month (so 1 sale means the system pays for itself almost 10x over the course of the year). And I had 3 options like Travis Yes Maybe No My first 2 votes were a maybe and a no… Not the most exciting results. What happened next was interesting. I asked the no why he was a no and he gave me some great feedback. I DM’d the maybe… turned him into a yes and collected $197. I will keep you posted on if I get anymore to trickle in… But guys. If I can make $200 this quick off a tiny community of 50 people… Imagine what you could do if you had your own community of 1,000, 5,000, or 10,000+ people? we could all go to Arkansas and have a Ronin party 🥷🐗 (that’s supposed to be a razorback…) I’ll see if I can find some Sago magic and get another 4 to make it a few bucks short of a $1k day. For those of you working with authors of books who have a community. Here is a little gem for ya! See the image below. Over 2K comments We make $10K+ per month now from 'zon commish. I didnt think it was possible to make money from the physical book? Well I was wrong. A lot of that income is linked to the strategy below. We had an old course lying around. It was selling for $997 Peeps can see it in the Skool classroom for $997. This is important. We made a post, saying they can get the $997 training if they buy the book. We priced the book at $30-somethin' which meant there was good profit margin And then wrote some emails. And then pinned the post so new peeps coming into the group buy too. We found it out performed the welcome post, and got a ton more engagement. That's is Super simple. Super effective. @Travis Sago i'm curious... You first sent me a MDMS pdf doc back in 2017 (!) And I think this doc had already been doing the rounds for a few years before then from the "bum" marketing days... If you were to re-write the doc today for 2025, is there anything you'd change about it NOW?
