...By auctioning off a playbook on how to acquire niche subreddits for $0. The winning bid was $777. It could have been higher, but I ran the auction on a Saturday. So when I followed up with top bidders on Sunday to let them know we were closing soon, half of them were out with family. And I also forgot to mention the timezone in some of my follow-ups. Just said "closing at 1 AM." One bidder really wanted to win but missed it because of my vague timing. So I reached out to the winner and asked if I could offer the same thing to other top bidders. In exchange, he'd get something exclusive that nobody else would get. He was kind enough to agree. Sold it to 2 more people at the winning bid price. Then I followed up with everyone else who bid and made them a 3-tier offer. Most people grabbed the replay of my call with the winner. A couple picked the higher tier. Total: $6,462. More important than the money, the market told me what it's willing to pay for this offer right now. That's what auctions do. They validate offers and reveal pricing in real time. This won't stop here. The post is pinned on my profile. I'll keep making sales from it. I'll post more content about owning subreddits and send people to that pinned post. I'll also partner with people whose audiences would be interested in acquiring niche subreddits and run auctions there. Auctions are fun. And if you're sitting on a Facebook profile averaging 12 likes, thinking you can't make money, I hope this gives you hope. P.S. If you know someone whose audience would be interested in acquiring niche subreddits for $0, message me "Reddit."

NEW "Giving Fun-Nel" for 🄶Partner Wrangling
My new Giving Fun-Nel is not only getting 1 in 5 people to respond...(see pic šŸ‘‡) COMPLETE STRANGERS... It's also taking people from 🧊to šŸ« šŸ”„ And getting WARM CONVOS open... That is leading to DEALS (Auction Hero) and other types of collabs. It's fun and NOT WEIRD feeling too! (BTW: this is only 72 records of a 4,000 person (and growing) database.) šŸ‘‰Any interest in the Giving Fun-nel?

@Travis Sago We're on the extended 5 year+ track but not because of your books :)
Some Days It's the Little Things
This isn't a win about thousands of dollars made...YET. But I wanted to share because I was super excited and I knew y'all would get it. I had 2 meetings today that confirmed that these new projects were a "heck yes". Such a good feeling :) The 1st one we will be using the auction strategy, and I found out one of the partners is a RONIN! win/win The 2nd one has 2 different projects and I'll be using the auction strategy once I figure out how to get to business owners who have tax bill over $50,000 - $100,000. And I used my Ronin learned negotiating skills for a test and a profit share. Lots of synergy :) Happy Hump Day!!!

Auction Idea and Questions
I've loved both replays from Travis' school lives over the past week. My 1st 2 auctions were a dud but I didn't ask for the IOI so I'm looking forward to adding that to my Auction playbook. I have 2 questions for my fellow auctioning Ronin. 1.) I have a client who sales (and is willing to donate) a debt elimination software that normally cost about $4000 (lifetime subscription) that will help clients pay off all their debt (including their mortgage) in as little as half the time in only 5 mins a day. So my question is this: since most people don't even know that this software exists how much description do I need for the IOI. I don't want to over pitch "the hammer". 2.) The software works REALLY well for real estate investors so I was thinking about my hero package. My client will provide the software and 1 year of coaching. Is that enough? Do I need to add more items to it from other partners? As always thanks in advance for your brilliant feedback!!

@Tom Curtis nope. All they need is a checking and savings account. If they have lines of credit it will utilize those as well but it’s not required to get the results.
