Need some help on offer for an auction campaign
Landed a partner with a rock solid personal brand and hundreds (thousands?) of raging fans.
Niche: Sales Coaching
From all of the successful auctions I've seen on 's auction database (thanks for that btw), the deliverable was a tangible outcome.
The dilema? I don't know what the heck to package for an auction. Sales coaching is a "journey", obviously. It's hard, if not impossible, to promise a measurable outcome in a VIP weekend.
So, I'm posting in here in hopes my Ronin brothers & sisters can point me in the right direction.
He has a paid Skool community of about 200 people. He also has around 10 private 1-1 clients that pay him $5k-$15k per month.
He typically starts working with sales people doing $8k-$20k/mo in commissions. Then helps them get to 30, 40 50k, 100k/mo and beyond.
A little context on him: He's managed teams and done everything else under the sun. He alone has closed over $100m in less than 3 years. Now he primarily focuses on hush hush big deals, think like PE type stuff. Hes working 1 deal right now for $275m and another $500m deal. He says the main reason people come and work with him is for structure. He's open to any and all ideas for main offer for auction and downsells to reoffer.
As you can see, theres something there. Im just a bit stuck.
What would Papa do here? 🙃
