How do you "pitch" an auction to a potential partner? The only auctions I've run have been to current partners so I never needed to "pitch" them anything Now I'm about to send some outreach to real estate coaches who are unfamiliar with the concept... I'm wondering how folks in this group are positioning the auction (aka the prahduckt) ... and most importantly WHAT it will do for them. Thank you 🙏

Sending this out to give them more context, once they're curious what it is what I do. That's it.

So, tonight, unfortunately I won't be able to join the AMA because I have a call at the same time with a guy with 82k connections on LinkedIn. We will be scheduling my first auction so it's really exciting. Me and him have already talked about eventually moving people over to Skool to do this but I'm thinking that if we do that, if the transfer doesn't work and we only have 50 people to start the auction with, it's going to bomb massively, despite the huge potential and I know that someone is doing these things directly on their public profile. The guy constantly has 300 comments on his posts and they're just reposted stuff so I'm thinking that if we do a public auction it could get at least 100 people to get the ball rolling and then it's just a matter of commenting and increasing the engagement as much as possible and it could become a huge thing eventually. The main issue on LinkedIn is that I'm not sure I'll be able to message 100 people or more after the auction without being blocked. How do you do this? My idea would be to then send them to Skool AFTER they purchase as one of the things we're selling is a free membership (for a paid tier) so it makes sense to send them to the platform afterwards but not before, right?

This may be a fool idea. But I keep having it. Every event I've held in Little Rock... The BEST time is had at the dinners. My fool idea is if I just held a dinner event... ...is that somebody would come ...just to eat dinner I'd probably do two dinners. I'd feed folks like family. I mean... Little Rock isn't the easiest airport to get into. During the day... We'd prolly get together and hang out and talk biz and money stuff. But it would mostly be about making lifelong friends at dinners and over drinks. 🤪Am I smokin' da crack here? 👇👇👇
