Sneak peek... (But it's live right now.) 📰There are now 3 Ronin levels. Our VIP level is Ownership Income Ronin. Where we take over (and own) newsletters, communities and other digital land. One way we do it is with an option agreement. We put down a small option deposit and share revenue 50/50 with the seller until the seller is paid off. Now... We have nearly 100% control... We still get paid 50%... AND... We OWN the digital land afterwards. (We are getting 80% open rates and 10% interested replies with the Cold Email Outreach.) Now you can get paaaaid: 👉$50 a month on the standard level 👉$1,000 a year on the Premium level 👉$5,000 a year on the VIP (Ownership Income Level) Also... Right now... For a short time... I've got the "trial" turned on. Let's hit it Superstar! Rooting For Ya, Travis PS I've got a pilot class of 14 OI Ronin...deals are already being done. I’m looking for 6 more. If you'd like to upgrade your income to Ownership Income...dm me… For the next six OI Ronin Founders… I'll take up to 90% off for ya (depending on your sitch). HMU in the DM. PPS Current Ronin are on the Premium level.

@Melody Nottage yes. Great question! Agency owners and freelancers who are sick of getting pushed around by clients and getting paid peanuts to build another persons biz.
$5 a day ads bring me leads galore.
What?! You can spend $5 a day on ads and get leads and good ones to boot! I'm going to share it on this post, goal here is to make it so super simple that all you ronin can get leads and more and more leads for whatever you want, your own stuff run it for partners so their skools get a poppin... It will be a long post but if you follow it you will be able how to spend low on ads and get big results. For one partner on one of these $5 a day videos we have spent $3,076 and had 1,548 comments... that's 110 potential conversations a month on average ;) You wanna have more conversations? Lets get it... Right so this all starts with one ad, it builds from there but to start you need one ad on Facebook and instagram - this is going to be an engagement ad, we want the video views objective here. List out problems you solve or the offer solves and then next to it, circle 2 or 3 of the ones you know land the most. Grab a piece of paper and under each problem write the what value they'll get from watching this video, a free resource they can get if they comment, a line about who you are and why you are great, clearly state the problem they have, state what they are doing to solve that probelm, why that's not working, how your solution solves this problem, why it does that, then a call to action... That's it, if you wanna go turbo mode? Then do the same for the other problems, now you need no targettting other than the countries you want to do business in, keep an eye on this as FB sometimes goes wild and shows it to others so restrict those. You know if this is working if: > You are getting people watching your video for 35% video view under $/£1 > 40% or more hook rate = 3-second views / impressionsThis tells you how many people stopped long enough to actually start watching. > 8% or more hold rate = often ThruPlays / 3-second viewsThis tells you how many of the people you hooked kept watching deeper into the ad. > You are getting comments Then next step then is to start hitting that audience again with retargetting, so when you have 1K people in the 25 Video View audience you are going to want to retarget them (if you want to spend 5 a day use 3 on the first video ad and 2 on retargetting).
$5 a day ads bring me leads galore.

Struggling to open convo's with SaaS business owners
I've been looking into local SaaS businesses. Travis emphasizes on opening with a personal point to get the conversation rolling. Problem is, most of the SaaS business owners I come across has set their FB/IG on private and all they talk about on LinkedIn is the feature they have implemented. Compared to course creators and coaches they seem to live a more sheltered life. I have tried opening with "Do you have open capacity for more subscribers for X?" But I feel like I get lumped in with the 1000 of other marketing agencies pitching them. Any thoughts?

@Joeri Roosen if that's exactly what they wanted, you wouldn't be struggling with outreach:-) You're not really wrong... but "more subscribers" isn't the BIGGEST pain point. It's also what EVERYONE else says. It doesn't show you have any deep understanding of their situation. When I sold Point of Sale systems... "making more money" or "getting more customers" was never the main factor. SAVING MONEY. SAVING TIME and hassle. IMPROVING reputation. Were all stronger drivers of ACTION. My boss tried to sell a country club on a POS system for YEARS...showing them how it can get more members, help them make more money, have happier members... But that wasn't their HOT BUTTON. A HOT BUTTON for every country club is PAYROLL. They pay it weekly to monthly. They had FOUR PEOPLE in admin roles running all the tickets and charges manually. I showed them they only needed ONE + a POS system. I proved it because we had a country club FOUR TIMES their size with one person as admin staff. They BOUGHT. I then approached other country clubs with the same HOT BUTTON PAINS. Guess what? They invited me in and they bought too. If your peeps aren't replying to "more subscribers" it's not a HOT BUTTON. Dig down. Use AI, it's great for this stuff. Find out what CHALLENGES are going on in the industry. What are gym owners complaining about in 2026? (it's easier to get a convo started about a SAAS companies CUSTOMERS than saying "How's churn rate lately?" How are they trying to solve that now? What's NOT working with the solutions they are trying? How does the SAAS company help with that? or are they? and then ask the same thing about the SAAS companies you're looking to do biz with. Dentists don't want more teeth cleanings. They want to spend LESS time at the clinic. They want to do IMPLANTS because they are $10,000 to $50,000 cases. Knowing what type of implants they want to do gets more responses. Knowing where they can SAVE MONEY is a HOT BUTTON way more than making money even.

@Matthias Van Cauter I always frame as I am investing $10k in time, money and energy. If I had to write a check for $10k, how much research would I do? I’m old school… If $10k is on the line… I’m researching with the help of AI but I’m verifying with my own research. I Am Not A Service Provider. I’m an investor. I do What Investors do. I research upside. I limit downside. I don’t write checks unless the upside is 10 times downside. I do the choosing!!
Case studies
Hey everyone, I've been silent for a bit because I had a gazillion coffee dates that were all generated by my network but were all frogs and it kind of impacted me because I spent a lot of time trying to monetize their social media or trying to come up with ideas to get them started with auctions but they just didn't have the basic requirements and, while I learned a lot by doing this, I'm back to square one and a few more bills to pay lol. I've had a couple of interesting chats recently but the guys with the good stuff I could make money with always ask for a few case studies. Is there a way for me to pull something out of this community and share it with them? Anybody willing to share theirs so I can get started?

Happy to hook you up @Marcello Costante! Before I do... I wanna point out that THEY should be interviewing for YOU... YOU do the choosing. "I want case studies" is a symptom of not selling the TEST and trying to sell them on partnering with you. It is also a symptom of letting them take the chooser role. What they are REALLY ASKING IS: Will this work for ME? I always say...(AFTER I've vetted THEM) "I NEVER know if this will work or not. The upside I see for you is ____________and I'm covering the downside. I am recommending a test. It's a simple pre-auction post and we'll know if this is going to have legs in a few mintues to a few hours. I am sold on you. You are the type of partner I look for and because of the potential upside, a test makes sense to me as a way to validate. Does it make sense to you at this point?" NO AMOUNT OF CASE STUDIES...is really going to answer the REAL QUESTION on their mind: Will this work for ME? What will answer it is the TEST. When they see 50, 100, 150+ comments saying, "YES, I'd bid. This is so smart."... THEN the partner gets SUPER EXCITED. It is not our job to SELL THEM on the partnership. Our job is to sift and sort for the right partner and offer and then SELL THE TEST! I can not shout this loud enough LOL🤣 The three things that stop more Ronin deals are: 👉NO research or due diligence like an investor would do. 👉Not taking the chooser stance. 👉Trying to prove to the partner to "hire you" instead of SELLING THE TEST. With that said... Check the SHARE YOUR WINS SECTION... There are heaps of case studies. In particular... See this one: https://www.skool.com/ronin/the-good-bad-and-ugly-of-a-174000-fun-auction?p=ec4669d6
