Auction for the wedding world - my plan

I've built this platform for the wedding world where vendors and engaged couples can find each other for the preparation of the wedding.

My main problem up to now for the launch was how to get couples to join the app. It's easy enough to get vendors as you can offer them free listings but couples aren't that easy to identify and "convince"

But now, OMG, I thought about running my own auction INSIDE of the app - feature easily put together that'd get couples to register for the app, and then bid on the hero package that'd probably be a honeymoon related prize.

And thanks to Travis's genius I'd create a Super Diamond package for the winner that's going to be an even better version of the prize they bid on.

To promote it I'll have vendors sending me couples and tell them that if they refer me the winner I'll give them something (not sure what - you guys have an idea?)

And promote it in Facebook groups etc...

The beauty of this is that there are 18 regions in France, I can do that auction 18 times and then run type of auction for the dress of the bride !

My head is exploding 🤯 🤯

What do you guys think? Good idea, bad idea ?
