This course is a full instructional covering EVERYTHING we teach beginners at our SK8 School in KC.

We cover 8 moves, give a skate anatomy crash course, talk about how to fall, how to not fall, getting up and more! All of this would normally take about 3-5 one hour classes to get through depending on the skaters and we distilled it down to a single hour.
