So it’s officially 9 months since I started skating. I have the forward down and backwards is coming along quite nicely. But I get super wobbly when I’m trying to do things like the Downtown or other dances on skates. Does this get better?? I was a little disappointed in myself yesterday at session because I can’t seem to make it smooth out when I was being taught the Downtown. I felt like I was going to fall while others make it look so effortless 🥺

Let’s do skate September and skate every day of the month. Even if it’s just 15 minutes of skating around the house. I am coming up on a year of skating and I need to level up.

Hey peeps! I haven’t posted in a bit but I have still been skating and trying to progress. I have been working on pivots. I’ll put a video in of me and my partner practicing. The 2 foot is coming along but I can’t do a one foot pivot to save my life. So any suggestions on how to do that would be helpful!!

Brand new used to skate as a teen, but not all that great. Taking skating lessons and in love. Want to get nice and smooth now. Not trying to be that fancy. Just a little razzle dazzle. What skates s h would I invest? (On a budget)
