We have a few outdoor rinks in the area but, those are mostly setup for hockey. Ok! Where are my 40 plus members??? I was at the rink last Friday and stopped to help a little girl get up...long came two other teen girls behind me and I tumbled over. I didn't think anything of it. i got up, helped the three little girls up, and I kept skating. Finished the session, then the next day came!!! Oh my my my... it took my all week to recover! Lol... it hurts a lot more and a lot longer after "a little tumble" . My goodness... I have muscles that I did not know existed!!! Good news: nothing is broken 😀 I'm back at it tonight 🤪
