You Can’t Give What You Don’t Have
You can't have a positive impact on other people if you're not operating at your best.
You can't lead.
You can't inspire.
You can't help people the way you're capable of helping them...
...if you're neglecting yourself.
That's the truth.
You have to invest in yourself first.
You have to build yourself first.
You have to become strong first.
Not because it's selfish...
But because you can't pour from an empty cup.
You can't be everything to everybody.
You have to become everything you're capable of becoming first.
If you don't...
You'll never be able to give other people your best.
And if you're not giving people your best...
You're doing them a disservice.
Whether you like that reality or not...
It's still reality.
The choice is yours.
