Wet cold weather?

It’s been raining & raining ridiculous amounts in the UK & no signs of letting up. Apart from the average rain jacket, plaster in designer labels, how can I still look sharp in the wet weather? Trench coat, boots umbrella? I’ve seen a few posts on here but none seem to mention umbrellas & a hat combo & which is a great coat that’ll protect me from the belting rain & cold? Thanks, your brother in southern England.
