Wait what’s this…..
For those who’ve followed my should journey, know that a little less than a month ago, I had rotator cuff surgery, with a few other complications. Well, as of 11:00 CST, no more brace! The orthopedist released me from the brace and is sending a message to my PT to start with weights.
A huge thanks to everyone for their support and well wishes through out this journey. While it’s not over, I see the light at the end or the tunnel.
