Take 2 - Checked Shirt: The Tailor Loves it.

I shared a thread earlier where I did a trial run with my long unused checked shirt and bronze chinos (see the image in my comment below). I did receive some great (constructive) feedback. So, today, I tried the same shirt with khakhi green Chinos, swapped the loafers with brown Derbies, and kept the brown belt + watch strap the same. The style quotient of these Chinos arise from the high-waist design (yes, Levis has started selling them here for my great pleasure). But, I wasn't happy with the straight cut design; so, I had it tailored for a tapered fit.

I had been to the tailor for a trial, and they were so impressed with the outfit that they shot a nice video of me in this attire for their upcoming social media campaign. Who would complain. 🤣. Just BRING IT!

What do you think guys?

PS: Apologies, I forgot to adjust the hem of my pants as you can see now it looks like feeding into the opening of my shoes (giving an illusion of me wearing Chukka boots).
