Short waistcoat — how deep V-opening?

Please let me know which V-opening depth suits me better. I've already figured out that relatively shallow openings suit me more, so I'm only hesitating between a relatively shallow opening (1/3rd of waistcoat height) and a very shallow one (1/4th of waistcoat height).

You can also let me know what you think about the waistcoat length, as to create a longer leg line, I asked the tailor to make this one as short as possible.
