I've been blessed to gain the respect and tutulege of a champion body builder because of leading my friend through her journey.
Giving is what I feel makes me grow the most. I'm so proud of my friend's victories and I cherish helping others.
Being offered training by a champion because I stood out feels like a huge honor.
As gentleman it's up to us to lead by example and be a positive force in the world.
