Looking to make custom tie bar/cufflinks set

There is a project I've been wanting wanting to do for some time, but I haven't had the time or money to do it. In Oct 2016, My father (Vietnam-era USMC) died of lung cancer (attributed to agent orange). He was buried with full honors. I requested to keep the spent casings from the rifle salute.

I graduated law school Cum Laude this May from Texas Southern University Thurgood Marshall School of Law. In three days, I will take the Texas bar exam. As much of my new career will involve wearing suits, I would like to have a set of custom Tie bar/cufflinks made from the spent casings.

Is anyone familiar with a reputable person or company that could do this?
