Lock & Co Delivery Day!
Well about 2 weeks after I purchased 2 hats from the worlds oldest hat makers (Lock & Co). They have arrived!! 🎉.
I had asked for the Panama hat to have the band changed from Black to Brown as it is a better color for my complexion. This is what took the extra time.
My buddy who purchased 2 hats as well received them back in the states before we even left London!!
They obviously have the customer service experience figured out!!
Looking forward to wearing them and being a small part of the Lock & Co history of customers!!
