RILA anniversaries
How do you handle RILA anniversaries? We thought we could attach a workflow for RILA anniversaries, but where can we put a date that would be reoccurring to run a report to attach the workflow? Or should we just make a repeatable activity on the contact for their anniversary every year?
SharePoint Guidance
Hey all! We are using SharePoint for our internal document management tool. We recently acquired an IAR and added a Jr. Advisor. Each of these people needs different permissions. We want to make sure we structure our SharePoint so we have a "common space" for shared resources, and then set permissions so our Junior is not privy to everything just yet. Basically, we are seeking a one-time project from someone who knows SharePoint well and can guide us on the proper way to add new members and permissions. What we have tried to date has not worked, and it seems like we are spending more time undoing those mistakes. Any recommendations?

Schwab Master Account Structure for Growing RIA
Looking for suggestions on how to structure our Schwab Master Accounts, for those with experience in scaling an RIA. We are a growing team, just acquired another advisor, and then added one of our own advisors. We are trying to decide between individual account visibility settings or creating brand new Master Accounts for each advisor. For context, our own Advisor currently has 9 Masters. We estimate that each advisor, due to the strategies we are running, would need their own 7 Masters. This is quickly adding up for those of us who have access to all of them! Is this the best approach - adding their own Master accounts? Or would it be better to manage visibility for each new account and add them to existing masters? TIA!
Client Scheduling
For firms using Zoom Scheduler, how are you implementing it operationally? We’re considering using it so clients can schedule meetings directly, but with guardrails — ideally requiring at least two weeks’ notice so our team has time for meeting prep and portfolio review. A few questions: • Are you setting minimum scheduling windows (ex: 10–14 days)? • How do you handle advisor availability without exposing too much calendar time? • Are you using buffers or approval workflows before the meeting is confirmed? • Are CSAs still doing prep or did you automate the meeting prep?
