Virtual Meeting Assistants
Good morning! Back in June @Kevin Stephison had asked about using "AI Notes" for virtual meetings in this thread. I'm currently considering adding a meeting assistant to help with my Zoom/Teams meetings to record/transcribe/summarize my client meetings. I know @Joe Moss mentioned in the thread above that he's used Grain and Fathom. Curious, Joe... which of these 2 would you recommend and why? In the same thread @Brian Quaranta mentioned Avoma. And @Mark Wellman suggested a couple additional options. Anyone else trialed or using any of these tools and have any thoughts or opinions? Thanks very much 😀

Organizing Client Folders
We currently are in the process of standardizing our client folders (LONG overdue). We came up with what we think works for our firm, but I'm curious to see what everyone else's "standard" looks like! See attached image for what we are thinking of:

Client Transition Process
Hey there everyone, does anyone have a documented process on transitioning clients from one advisor to another? Looking to incorporate the new advisor during the client's annual review meeting over the next 3 years (advisor is retiring so we're not necessarily rushing anything). However if there is a smoother, quicker way to do so - open to learning! Thank you in advance.
