I had the honor of being asked to speak at the You Don't Know What You Don't Know Summit, hosted by my friend, Yvonne, inside her Womenâs Empowerment Community (I'll drop her community link below) â and re-watching this clip reminded me why spaces like that matter so much.
So many powerful women. So many shared experiences. And so many moments where you realize⌠oh, itâs not just me.
This clip is a small part of my interview, but it captures something I see over and over again with women:
When you start growing, your light gets brighter âand suddenly, rooms you once fit into feel tight.
Not because youâre doing something wrong, but because youâre changing.
Shining more boldly will make some people uncomfortable.
Thatâs not failure â thatâs feedback.
The women who see your light and say, âThatâs me too. Iâm coming with you.â
Thatâs the movement happening right now. And it starts with being willing to feel a little uncomfortable â together.
