I’m Dr. Stephanie — mom, researcher, retired police sergeant, and a woman who has felt the weight of stress in her mind, her body, and her heart. This space was created for women who want to reset some of that weight, feel lighter in their bodies, grow in their mindset, and build strength from the inside out. Inside this community, we’ll walk through this journey step by step — emotionally, mentally, and physically. A Workout for Women Who Are Tired — But Still Want to Feel Strong
This workout is part of the 21-Day Dawn Warrior Program — a body and energy practice designed specifically for women who want to feel stronger, more energized, and more connected to themselves without burning out. Dawn Warrior isn’t about pushing harder. It’s about showing up. As women, we spend so much of our energy taking care of everyone else that our own strength often gets placed on the back burner. This is your gentle reminder that your body isn’t something to fight with — it’s something to partner with. This circuit is designed to wake up your body and your energy, not drain you. Each movement is an invitation to reconnect, to breathe, and to remind yourself: I am capable. I am allowed to take up space. I am choosing me. You don’t need perfection today. You don’t need to compare yourself to anyone else. You just need to move — with intention. 💜 You belong here. 💪🏽 Try This Dawn Warrior Workout No equipment. Minimal space. Short and effective. Circuit Training 3 rounds: • 10 Push-Ups • 15 Air Squats • 20 Jumping Jacks • 30-second Plank Move at your own pace. Modify when you need to.
