🌿 Inside-Out Wins in Real Time
I want to pause and share a few real moments from women inside my 14-Day Stress Reset Challenge. This sounds wonderful and a much needed addition to every woman’s life! I was just talking to my one true soul sister in my life right now and told her that I’m feeling lighter and more at ease with everything. Usually money and holidays stress me out insanely but this past month I’ve been just chill. The normal nagging in my gut hasn’t been there! It’s amazing!

@Stephanie Murauskas I’ve been intentionally doing practices to release tension and stress and be more present in the moment without going into the spiral or what if. There was a shift recently where I just started trusting myself. Sure there are moments of hesitation but I am more absolute in my future and everything that’s coming! But I’ve also been listening to inspiration podcasts, started going to church again, and started listening to readings of the Bible.

Before anything else, I want you to know this: you don’t have to earn rest, clarity, or support by pushing harder. So many women aren’t stuck or failing. They’re just carrying a lot without enough space to process it. This community exists to be that space. A place to slow down, reflect, learn, and grow without pressure or comparison.
