⚖️Work–life balance… but where do we actually set our limits?
From a very young age, most of us learned to follow a certain format — what is expected, what is “right”, what success should look like. Without even noticing, these patterns still guide many of our choices today. We live in a time where information is everywhere. With AI and constant access to knowledge, we can feed our brains endlessly. And many people are very well informed. But at the end of the day… does it really serve us as much as we think? The mind loves to know. It loves to control, to analyse, to prepare for every possible situation. And the more we feed it, the more it keeps searching. But often, while the mind gets full… the body gets anxious. Because balance doesn’t come only from understanding more. It comes from feeling where our limits are — in the body, in our energy, in our capacity. Work–life balance is not only about managing time. It’s about learning to listen when the body whispers before it has to shout. Maybe the real question is not “How much can I handle?” But “What actually feels sustainable for me?” Curious to hear your thoughts — Where do you notice your limits these days? 🌿

Community SET UP
Hi everybody! I hope you are all doing well 😃 I’d love to hear your feedback on the community setup. The classrooms are mainly a content library, designed for easy use at the office, on the app, or on the computer. There are no theories or long explanations, simply because they are not needed. The goal is to connect with the body without overthinking — just by feeling. The community wall is a space for sharing information and conversations, for those who enjoy connecting that way. This is the idea so far, and I’d really value your thoughts. Does this feel comfortable and easy for you to use? Would you prefer to keep it simple, or would you like a bit more content to read?
5-min Stress/Anxiety Release - SUPER!!!!
This past week at work was super stressful and challenging and the 5 min videos were life savers. I am scheduling these into my stressful days to come to offset what I know is coming over the next several weeks. 🙏
