Thanks for the support and allowing me to share my big client mistake. Which was accidently sending an internal email to my client's customers. Thanks for all the feedback, and turning that negative, into a positive, and how it relates to this month's Antifragile

I was sharing with my team members to let them know I make just as many mistakes as they do, that I am human too. And I too can make a clown out of myself. Here was the picture I used to get a laugh out of them. Thanks again for the feedback and support!
