First full mantra motion circuit and zeroing
My body definitely feels more spacious and I’m using my left femur / hip / sacrum differently than before. I think it’s a bit more free than it’s been (woot!). I think I also notice a difference in my knee compensation pattern (where it’s not pointing in as much as it had been).
I think my left femur might be bearing more weight than before.
It also feels a little overwhelming all the things to pay attention to so I’m gonna let it integrate and come back to it later. :)
