In the Integrations class yesterday I had some real mobility improvements. In lying on the floor with arms in the 45 up, my arms were almost able to lie flat, as opposed to their usual state of hovering a few inches off the ground. I really noticed how my shoulders will round forward and clavicle narrows when I turn my arms, so the arm turns we did-while consciously keeping our clavicle wide- were super helpful. The Birdhead hand gives me a point of focus that helps me notice the connection between lower arm and clavicle.
