BREAKTHROUGH INTO LIGHT ✨ is happening in 24 hours
Wim Hof + Cold Shower 🥶
I had my first cold shower with Wim Hof breathing today. It was intense - I didn't get dizzy in my legs, but my head felt like the top lid was popped off with a helium balloon 🎈 I couldn't do anything else but smile and smile and smile - then I started laughing out loud! Very nice and liberating! 🙌🏻 Thank you @Matthew Williamson 🙏🏻 I definitely feel more energetic...

Blissful frequencies 7 Minute Morning Activation 💫
Very exciting with the sound on this one - I listened while half asleep and got a lovely soft start to the day. Now I have it on my phone easily accessible. Thank you very much 💫 mmmh - soft start is the best...

Mudras for relaxation 🙌🏻
Which Mudra do you use when meditating - to calm your mind and body? 🧘‍♂️ 🙌🏻 Both hands at the same time: This is standard when the goal is to calm the entire system. Provides symmetry in the nervous system More stable parasympathetic response Best for mind-wandering, inner unrest, overstimulation Apana Vayu, Chin and Shunya work most strongly this way. ✋🏻 One hand: Used when you want to influence direction, not just calm. - Right hand More active / outgoing / regulating Used if your thoughts are spinning, but your body is calm Can calm you mentally without making you heavy - Left hand More receptive / inward Used when your body is restless or "open" Good for sensitivity, emotional leakage, overstimulation 🧐 How to know what is right: If the system calms down quickly → both hands If something "chokes" or becomes flat → switch to one hand If your thoughts become sharper but not calmer → switch hands, not mudra

I'm hooked 🤪
On vibrations 💫 One question @Matthew Williamson about the different sounds we make - can we direct all the sounds to different places in the body or are they "meant" for individual body parts? I especially notice mmm - will be a little everywhere in my body...

Day 2/3/4
I am very interested in the practical body work. I've struggled with tension over the years and the breathing, sighing, clenching are very helpful in finding some release and expansion. I have yet to try the cold shower as described here, but have some experience with a quick shot at the end of a shower. It's challenging, but it's interesting to ask what exactly it is that finds it challenging. What is it that says an immediate no the experience.
