Matthew yesterday breathing session ♥️
I don’t have words for yesterday breathing session, really guys it was mind blowing. It was my first time to experience something sooo deep. I was in other dimension. I began to see a golden light. Then I saw that I was an Egyptian man and I was lying on the ground, as if I had been wounded and was dying. With the next stage of breathing, animals, drawn in the Egyptian style, jumped before my eyes. Then I felt my whole body sliding down the mountain and then coming up again. I disappeared several times and came back with a fright. I have never had such a strong experience with breathing. When I went to sleep, my subconscious brought me a vision showing me a larger block of myself, what actually happened in my childhood and who I really am. That was yesterday's experience. Thank you Matthew, you are so awesome 🤩🙏🥰

Hi all Matt here Hope you have had a beautiful weekend and your week has started well , no worries if not , you have another opportunity tomorrow he he 😊 I realised I have been a bit quite and I thought I would share with you whats coming........ Over the weekend I had a profound experience with fire and breath which might soundlike the yogic breath of fire 🔥 However this is actually using real fire and our breath as a alchemical proccess which unlocks deeper levels very quickly. I have known this for some time and have been blessed to have worked with fire in a variety of ways even at one point creating fire with chi but thats for another time . 1. Sit comfortably in a cross-legged position with your spine straight. 2. Bring your hands in front of your abdomen. 3. Join the tips of both thumbs together. 4. Join the tips of both index fingers together to form a triangle shape. 5. Interlock the remaining fingers inward. 6. Rest the mudra near your lower belly. 7. Close your eyes and breathe slowly for 10–15 minutes.
