Wim Hof + Cold Shower 🥶
I had my first cold shower with Wim Hof breathing today. It was intense - I didn't get dizzy in my legs, but my head felt like the top lid was popped off with a helium balloon 🎈 I couldn't do anything else but smile and smile and smile - then I started laughing out loud! Very nice and liberating! 🙌🏻
