Unhappy customer
I am at a loss as to how to handle this. I sold a large framed print. My first frame sale. The review came in as 3* and the customer's comment was ........"£159 for a cheap £10 frame and a piece of paper not as described"....... So my question is, how do you handle bad reviews? has this happened to your shop? and how did you respond to the customer?
