Shop policies and GPSR advice?

Hi all! Can I ask about shop policies?

1) is there a video on what to include anywhere?

2) Do you offer returns and/ or cancellations? I have seen people selling customisable prints with the option to accept returns if it’s within 14 days? This is a long term shops with a lot of sales though but they are on framed prints? Is this required or can you say no returns if prints are made to order? I was thinking maybe give a cancellation period say 12-24hrs?

3) Also what do we need to do with regards to the GPSR states section? Do we opt into this and if yes, what info do we need to provide? I dont remember this being in any of the vids but maybe I have missed it?
