Pro bulk listing error
Hi, please can someone help, last month I signed up and paid for the Pro bulk listing service but my account hasn't updated despite paying £59 by direct debit. I have spoken to Tom and he was kindly sending to the tech team to investigate, but I've heard nothing since. I have listings to upload but can't until this is sorted. Any thoughts?
