But(!).. I've just received four times 5-star reviews from the same lovely, enthusiastic buyer. It's less reviews themselves but more where they're from: California! Positive reviews from the USA can happen: here's hoping this is the start of a change of mindset. ✌️ ✌️

Off to a Good Start,
I am very happy with my progress so far. After around four / five weeks I have just recieved my third order today. Still have lots to learn and already have more ideas for future projects, but happy to work on improving the shop I have already. So, now for a question, is there a way to add a video / photo to every listing in bulk, or do I need to go through them all individually? Thanks in advance. Jim McManus

@James McManus great question. I hope there is a way (I suspect there is not), I have exactly the same issue - I need to put a video up on all 400+ listings 🫣maybe as suggested, just start with the new ones first and then go back and do it one at a time 🤔🙃 It poses a question from me, what type of video do you all generate /have on your listings (a selection of your work /designs - best sellers- plus some info graphics)?

First Sale!!!!!!!!!!
After 3.5 weeks of working on my Etsy store, I finally made my first sale! 😊 Just to clarify: after I’ve checked everything, do I just need to pay for the order on Printify and then wait for the tracking number so I can complete the order on Etsy? Or does the order automatically change to “completed” once my order has been paid for and fulfilled? I’d really appreciate some advice to make sure I don’t make any mistakes with my first order!

Upscale
So I've heard a lot about upscaling but for my prints I told chatgpt to give me the designs in A2 size. Is this enough for the print or how can I check the DPI? Thanks Guys

@Guy T I use Kittl to do my designs and export at the particular size I want (A1) and set it to 300 dpi when I export the file but then when I save the file to my PC I double check by doing a right click on the file to see the properties and it shows me the pixel size and dpi. That's just my way of doing it.
