Pro bulk listing error
Hi, please can someone help, last month I signed up and paid for the Pro bulk listing service but my account hasn't updated despite paying £59 by direct debit. I have spoken to Tom and he was kindly sending to the tech team to investigate, but I've heard nothing since. I have listings to upload but can't until this is sorted. Any thoughts?

@Karen Wilson It's the first month of my subscription, so was due to reset on or around 25th September. I keep checking but still show's that I have used my free 5 upload allowance. Money has cleared etc.

Wedding table plans - landscape
Hi, I've just sent two table plans to print - A3 and A0 - now worried they will be printed portrait rather than landscape - do I need to adjust my file or will the teams know to print landscape? Thanks

Hi, I think I’ve got confused on my pricing! Where are the guides to tell you what to charge and what your expected profits will be after Etsy fees and printing costs? Tom shows a spreadsheet on his video that I can’t find on the PS website. Thanks 🤩
