Hi I was hoping you could help. I'm new to POD and Etsy and have recently created an account and started with my first listing. I watched your video and the section on adding prices to the variation tab against the sizes, I've got abit stuck. you said by clicking on the domestic and global slider this will then give 2 pricing fields to complete one being price in UK and the other price everywhere else. However I have 3 fields UK, USA and everywhere else.

I followed your pricing table for the UK and then you advise to add a further £2/3 for everywhere else but what would you suggest for the USA or is there a way to remove the USA field?
