Issue with my print

I received a print today there are lots of marks and creases on the print when it arrived and the quality is not good at all even though the file uploaded for print was really good quality and the right size. I’ve opened a case to resolve this problem but does anybody know why the quality is so bad? I’m assuming the damages and creasing was just an external error.

The first picture is how the print turned out. The second picture is the one I created to be printed.
