CMYK Colour Profile
Hi guys, does anyone know the preferred CMYK Colour Profile used for the print shrimp printers. From what I know, SWOP is more common in North America and FOGRA is favoured in Europe (I will be printing from the UK). I just want to make sure if there is a specific version to use to maximise the print accuracy. Thanks!

Issue with my print
I received a print today there are lots of marks and creases on the print when it arrived and the quality is not good at all even though the file uploaded for print was really good quality and the right size. I’ve opened a case to resolve this problem but does anybody know why the quality is so bad? I’m assuming the damages and creasing was just an external error. The first picture is how the print turned out. The second picture is the one I created to be printed.

@Tom Beeston ok cheers, but regardless the print came with significant crease marks which you can see in the first picture

@Tom Beeston ok thank you. For reference, I used DeepAi to make the image, then downloaded them, upscaled them with PixelCut Ai Upscaler so that its A3 pixel size and then added the text in Canva

I’ve found that Canva have good mockups and you can get the pro version for free for a month they have loads of different designs for free and with pro
