Cropped Thumbnail

Hi - i am just placing an order with printshrimp and I uploaded a new image which was a higher resolution - same A size but I am seeing a cropped version in the thumbnail. I have downloaded the printfile and it is the full print. Am I ok to place order even if the full print is not showing in thumbnail. (a bit new to this and learning along the way!) thank you
