Hi - i am just placing an order with printshrimp and I uploaded a new image which was a higher resolution - same A size but I am seeing a cropped version in the thumbnail. I have downloaded the printfile and it is the full print. Am I ok to place order even if the full print is not showing in thumbnail. (a bit new to this and learning along the way!) thank you

Hiya - can anyone let me know why i am getting an error message when trying to make a new listing. I only use A sizes, and have uploaded previously with no issues. Now I have an error message which I haven't had before. Thanks

Hi everyone 😊 Can I ask which Etsy category you list your prints under — Wall Decor or Digital Prints? Have you found that one works better than the other for visibility and views? I’m wondering whether it makes any difference to Etsy search visibility, or whether it’s simply a case of choosing the category that best fits the product. I’d love to hear your experiences and any advice. Thanks! 😊
