Canva export at 300 DPI

Slowly getting there !!! 😂 I've finished a canva design in AO size. Chat GPT is saying I need to download as a .pdf print & tick crop marks & bleed. It says canva will automatically export at 300 DPI. As a jpeg it says it exports around 96 DPI. Can I send these as .pdf to printshrimp? Or is it just .jpeg ? Such a learning curve !!! Thanks
