Hey all, ive just had a one star review from someone because the picture came unframed and they searched for framed prints 🙄 ive messaged them and no response. Is it worth taking it up with etsy or just live with it? (Its clear in description that its unframed...they probably didn't bother to read it).

Hi everyone, I’m just looking for a bit of advice. I’ve recently started selling and I’m trying to work out the best way to price things. What sort of prices are people charging if doing travel poster or anything of such and what kind of profit margins do you aim for? I’m debating whether it’s better to keep my prices lower at the beginning just to get some sales and build things up, even if the profit is minimal, or whether it’s better to price properly from the start. Any advice or examples of what’s worked for you would be really appreciated. Thanks!

This may be a silly question but I cant figure it out! A customer has cancelled an order before I have paid for it on printshrimp. I cant work out how to delete it?
