EU frame returns question?
I've got a customer in Germany who is unhappy with a framed print as "the oak looks much lighter in real life than in the photo", and now she wants to return it. I've used the image Printshrimp supplied with the frame options on my listing. I don't really know what to do in this situation. Some advice would be greatly appreciated? Could this be a Etsy case option?

so sorry to hear this, did the frame actually seem to be a different colour from her photos?

What do you want to see improved?
Hey guys, We love the feedback you give us. How can we improve our software or service? Is there anything you wish PrintShrimp did or anything you find annoying? Also, for the record, we’re constantly changing stuff. In the last month alone we’ve launched: - Bundles: sell sets of prints as one listing - Third variation in bulk listing - Phone friendly pages - Fine art - Square frames (this week) - Better AI titles and descriptions - Switching between accounts without logging out - Uploading 2:3, 4:5 ratios to bulk listing - More API capability - Probably about 500 bug fixes 😂 Please, anything you think that can be improved - let us know! With the etsy integration, do they provide customer e-mail addresses? If so, is it possible to get the delivery update e-mails sent directly to the customer?

If a customer has lost the packing label but still has the packaging for a damaged frame is there anything that can be done?
