Etsy has randomly removed one of my listings. They are stating it’s because of a policy violation. Apparently it doesn’t meet their ‘Creative Standards’. This has never happened to me before. The appeal process requires me to upload photos, videos and documents of the creative process. But how do I do this if it’s AI generated? I have 1450 listings on this store and I don’t think I can get that listing back. Should I be worried for the rest of my listings?

Has anyone here successfully branched out from Etsy into Shopify selling their posters through PrintShrimp? I’ve recently started looking into setting up my own Shopify store, but I’d love to hear from anyone who has already made the move. Where did you learn how to set everything up—courses, YouTube, trial and error, or were you completely self-taught? Has Shopify worked well for you, and how do you bring customers to your website without relying on Etsy’s traffic? Any advice, recommended resources, or mistakes to avoid would be massively appreciated by those of us thinking about giving it a go! Thanks

I’m hoping someone can advise me or has had something similar. A buyer has messaged me she ordered a large framed print so not cheap. She claims that she’s moved house and her order went to her old address. She is asking me for a refund on her order. Where do I stand? Is it better just to refund her?
