New to POD, Any Tips for Beginners?
Hey everyone, I’m new here. I want to start with POD and build my first income online. I’ve got about 3 hours a day to work on this. I’m still figuring out my niche, any advice or mistakes to avoid?

@T H mockups-design goes pretty good
Wins!
Happened to be sat on computer when the latest weekly email came through prompting us to share our wins. So here is mine! Encouragement to anyone just starting out that hard work gets results. But, I will say. I have put a LOT into this! Also when taking our subscriptions for designing platforms and other monthly fees I think the profit margin is slightly lower that I expected. However I have upgraded laptop etc too. Hope this helps!

@Katy Hampson what tier have you got on Erank? I’ve got the basic paid tier and wondering if it’s beneficial to have the next one up to see the trending keyword searches 😁

@Camilo Palacio oh sorry any I meant the “trending in Etsy categories” section 😊
print sizing
Just starting out and need some help. can anyone recommend what sizes i should offer to start with. I’m thinking i’ll just offer A sizes and most 2:3 3:4 4:5 sizes. just wondering which exact ones to do. For example 16x20. Also am i correct in thinking that as long as i have a A1 size and the largest 2:3 3:4 and 4:5 size saved on my computer. When i make a sale printshrimp deals with the exact size the customer has ordered? or do i have to manually resize the image?

Do all of them!, if you create a listing and run the frame integration it automatically sets up all the variations for you which is wayyyyy easier than doing it all yourself 😁 And then yeah, create the image in the largest file format, A0 or similar, and then when a customer orders, that’s when you’ll have to manually resize the images and upload the appropriate file size into Printshrimp and you’re good 😁 👍
Unsure on listing and shipping pricing
New to POD so just got a question on setting up Listing and shipping prices now frames are available.... Using G&D pricing, I've set USA to £2 more and everywhere else to £4 more and in terms of shipping, UK, USA, Australia, Germany, France, Spain and all EU1 countries can get free delivery, then all countries in EU2 shipping is £2 and Rest of the world is £19.99 all with or without frame. Is this correct? Thanks!!

Yes sirr, there was a video put out about how the number of items sent to that ROW bracket across Printshrimp is pretty low, so the £20 covers you for any frames sent to those regions. Alt option was to keep it at £6-8 and just refuse the order if your margins don’t allow room for the cost of shipping the frame 😁 Hope that helps!
Listing details
Hello All I hope someone can help - I am in the process of uploading my first listing and wanted to check how I should add in delivery details for UK and Intl shipping? I will be using PrintShrimps for Print and fulfillment. Thank you !

The videos in the classroom cover this in pretty good detail! 😁 Essentially it’s free shipping for UK, USA, CA, Australia and essentially all of Europe then £19.99 flat fee for rest of world but double check the video just to be sure !
