@Emma Burnham upload to Canva , make your poster. Find mock ups , list on Etsy. Make sure your first listing is spot on because you can copy a listing a tailor it to your new design but your fundamentals are there. Most people upload to printshrimp as people order it as the likelihood is 85% of your posters won’t sell.

Is there an update on Etsy where when someone buys an item from your shop they automatically favourite your shop? My 2 sales today they’ve favourited my shop too. Didn’t know if it was an update or coincidence

Customer requesting compensation
Hey, a customer is requesting compensation after a poster arriving slightly creased in the middle. They have sent me a picture and I don't see anything serious. Should I refund? She is my repeat customer.

Tracking Now Added to Your Etsy Orders Automatically!

That is intentional on our part and all you need to do is reconnect We did this because your PrintShrimp tracking will now automatically sync to Etsy when you get a sale! So, you no longer need to spend the time copy and pasting over order details into Etsy. One month in, started etsy ads at 3/day May 3rd. Few questions, can I complete the order on etsy once I have uploaded and paid for it on PrintShrimp? Good win for me!

Complete the order on Etsy once it says in production on printshrimp. Your shop should be set to Monday - Friday as printshrimp don’t operate on weekends
