This week we created the world's first personalized cookbook, based on individual biometrics.

We made it for a 15 year old girl who is PUMPED to have science based, personalized nutrition guidance in a world of TikTok gurus.

This will be a staple at our campuses, and a paradigm shift in community health.

For everyone who joined the program for leading edge physiology, we'll definitely get there 🧬
