Hey PFU Leaders! While we're sharing on our call, I wanted to share my sleep protocols. I've gone wild with this over the last 3-4 years and have solid sleep/recovery (most of the time)!
-Early morning sunlight (within the first 15 minutes of waking)
-Wait about 30-45 minutes before my 1st cup of coffee (caffeine)
-Morning movement (walk or 10 minutes of more intense exercise)
-Follow the 10-3-2-1 protocol (eliminate caffeine 10 hours before bed, food 3 hours before bed, liquids 2 hours before bed, screens/blue light 1 hour before bed)
-Consistent sleep/wake times
-Temp at 67/68 before sleep
-Magnesium 60 minutes before sleep
